International members who want a softbound copy of the journal sent to them by airmail must also notify Richard Smoot at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . There will be a $12 annual fee for this service that will cover the cost of mailing three journals each calendar year.  An option for this service will also appear on membership renewal forms.
